Steve has over 25 years’ experience in senior management and board level roles in the healthcare sector. As well as CEO of Cancer Partners UK (CPUK), a private radiotherapy provider, he has managed several of the UK’s largest private hospitals over a number of years for both Bupa and BMI Healthcare and was operations director for BUPA Wellness.
Chief Financial Officer
Charlie has been the CFO with four private equity backed multi-site businesses. Spanning sectors including hospitality and leisure; outdoor activity centres and education; and healthcare. A respected CFO with a history of adding value to stakeholders in both medium sized and multinational businesses operating across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Alex is a board-level leader with extensive experience in the private healthcare sector, specialising in driving growth and improving operational, financial, and commercial capabilities. He has held leadership roles at BMI Healthcare, The Fertility Partnership, and GenesisCare UK, where he achieved CQC outstanding compliance. With a background in finance, Alex excels in delivering revenue growth through strategic partnerships and has successfully negotiated contracts with major insurers and the NHS, generating significant revenue through new ventures and satellite clinics.

Dean has a decade of experience in technology within the healthcare industry. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical expertise, guiding healthcare organisations towards digital transformation, and embracing cutting-edge solutions. He has a passion for leveraging innovation to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Clinical Director of Strategic Development
Ian, a founding member of Medical Imaging Partnership, brings 30 years of clinical and managerial expertise as a Consultant Radiologist. With past roles as an examiner and educational lead at the Royal College of Radiologists, he continues to hold influential leadership positions in the NHS. Ian’s visionary approach and vast experience drive innovation in the medical imaging landscape, helping shape the success of Medical Imaging Partnership.
