Dr Eugene McNally

Dr Eugene McNally is a full-time Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist and Director of Oxford Musculoskeletal Radiology. He trained in musculoskeletal radiology at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore. He worked at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre Oxford for 20 years, including 9 years as its Lead Clinician. He specialises in all aspects of Musculoskeletal and Sports Imaging including spinal and rheumatological imaging and ultrasound guided intervention.

Dr McNally was on the organising committee for imaging at the London 2012 Olympic Games and provided imaging services to athletes for the 2012 Summer and the 2014 Winter Games.

He has authored over 100 papers and abstracts and over 30 book chapters including a book on musculoskeletal ultrasound that has been translated into seven languages and is now in its second edition. He has given over 300 lectures and workshops over the last 10 years.

Dr McNally is also a member of the International Skeletal Society, European Society of Skeletal Radiology, the British Society of Skeletal Radiology and the North American Society of Skeletal Radiology. He is a past President of the British Society of Skeletal Radiology.
